Meet the Team

Michael McShea, MS, MBA

Founder and President of the Apollo Homelessness Collaborative, Michael McShea is a healthcare and technology executive inspired by his brother Jim’s lived experience of homelessness. He leads Apollo’s collaborative, mission-driven approach to advancing dignity, care, and housing stability.

David McShea

David McShea is Executive Director of the Alzheimer’s Association Greater Maryland Chapter and a dedicated nonprofit leader. As Jim McShea’s cousin, he brings collaborative leadership, fundraising expertise, and community partnership experience to support Apollo’s shared mission.

Dottie David-Wilson, MBA. MA, CSW

Dottie David-Wilson is a veteran nonprofit leader with decades of experience in marketing, communications, and event planning. As Jim McShea’s aunt, she brings passion, collaboration, and deep community insight to advance Apollo’s outreach and collective impact.

David Bond

David Bond is owner of Continuing Care Actuaries and a former CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield board member. He contributes mission-driven governance, financial expertise, and strategic insight to support Apollo’s collaborative efforts to address homelessness.
